The purpose of this page is to outline the recommended settings for your web browser for Data Warehouse Services.

To receive full functionality of all features for this site you will need to select one of the listed supported web browsers. Once you have decided which browser you will be using in order to view this site, you will need to make sure the configuration of your browser meets the recommended settings for this page, as outlined below.

The settings listed on this page are recommended for full functionality of this site’s features. If certain features / pages are not working properly, please review the settings below and make sure they are mirrored on your computer. The page may function partially with different settings. Plug-Ins

You must first be given access to the Data Warehouse and aquire the appropriate software (Hyperion) license. If you have not done so, click here.

Pop-up Blockers

Pop-up Blocker should be set to allow pop-ups from the Hyperion Workspace

Toolbars

If installed, Google toolbar, Yahoo! toolbar, etc. pop-up blocker should be disabled.

Security Zones and Settings

Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls must be enabled.
For Internet Explorer 7.0 only:
In the Security tab:
Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints must be enabled.
In the Advanced tab:
Allow active content to run in files on my computer must be checked.

Special Instructions

Internet Explorer 7 Only.

A Registry patch must be applied if you are using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) and when trying to process/open a saved report on your computer received the following error message:
